1027 Processing Company Enters Joint Venture to Develop Mine Projects
1027 Processing Company S.A. De C.V., and Southern Piedmont Materials LLC are announcing the formation of their Joint Venture to harvest gold and precious metals for the Kingdom of God. These two faith-based, family-owned organizations have been working hand in hand for over a decade to get to the point of producing these gold harvests. Southern Piedmont Materials is owned by the Roeser family and holds the mineral rights to 533 acres of gold rich land in Verbena. 1027 Processing Company is owned by the Wadsworth family and has developed the processes and technology to harvest micron gold from complex ores found on our flagship Verbena Project, as well as from other deposits worldwide. 1027 Processing has developed a massive mine inventory, in the US and Mexico, including several prime goldmine properties that have been vetted, assayed, and have produced gold-in-hand with pilot plant testing. Together our team intends to methodically bring these properties online to generate abundant resources for the Kingdom of God.
