ExtracTecAbility
In early 2004, 1027 discovered the world’s largest gold region. The gold within this region was well hidden because the gold was micron in size and could not be detected using standard assaying methods. During one field trip 1027 discovered one deposit where assays showed the deposit was worth $11,107 in gold per ton of ore (per September 2021 spot-price), if it could be completely recovered. Thereafter, with a lot of testing and prospecting work 1027 discovered fifty-nine similar deposits all located within a 100-mile radius. Over a long period of time, other micron gold deposits within other parts of the USA and within Mexico were discovered. After hiring some of the best laboratories, extraction firms and advisors it was concluded that the discovery was real, but there were problems. The gold values within the ore body were just as reported, however the extraction technology needed to economically recover this gold did not exist. There were two primary extraction problems. The gold was micron-gold, and the gold was highly mineralized, meaning this was a complex ore body.
Because this ore body was a complex form of micron-gold, neither gravity processes nor leaching processes worked. Gravity processes could not extract the super fine gold and because the ore body was highly mineralized the leaching processes would not work unless a number of toxic and expensive pretreatments were first used. As such, the professional advisers working with us advised that finding a way to recover these values economically, with an environmentally acceptable process, would be costly and time consuming.
Because of the financial benefits connected to solving this problem 1027 devoted a significant amount of resources to develop the extraction technology that could economically extract micron gold. After 19 years of intense dedication and a lot of expended resources an astonishing success was achieved. This success came in the form of an extraction method using off-the-shelf and proprietary technology applied with sequenced steps which 1027 named ExtracTecAbility (ETA). ETA is a system of recovery methods, in which the water/ore characterization determines method applied, using a combination of equipment and processes to recover free gold, complex gold, and micro gold. Some of the processes and hardware employed are proprietary. ETA can take, with documented success, certain rocks/dirt deposits, and water that were once considered worthless (by mining professionals) and recover from those deposits very significant quantities of gold.
When properly employed ETA can be a results multiplier by substantially enhancing returns of investment and is well suited for:
• Locating hidden gold deposits that were once undetectable by standard assaying processes. These deposits are located all over the world, located in regions known to carry precious metal values.
• Recovering very significant amounts of micron-gold from ore deposits where the gold was once considered unrecoverable by standard processing plants.
• Taking certain mineral deposits that were once reported to carry no gold or small trace amounts of gold and produce from these same deposits very significant quantities of gold and other precious metals.
• Greatly enhancing the recovery of gold from existing gold mines that are currently recovering free gold only. The recovery increase can be from 150% to 2,980% of what a standard processing plant can recover.
